Order Fulfillment (USA)
Orders received before noon EST will ship that day. Customers in the USA can choose standard (United States Postal Service, First Class/Priority Mail, 2-4 business days) or expedited shipping (UPS Ground, Next-Day, Second Day or Three-Day).

Shipping Fees
Standard shipping on any order of $45 or more in the US is on the house (free!). Customers choosing expedited shipping via UPS will pay market rates for doing so (calculated automatically when checking out).

International
We now ship worldwide via United States Postal Service First Class International Mail, and we cover 25% of shipping fees to help keep rates reasonable. Shipping rates will be automatically applied during checkout online. NB, Int’l customers are responsible for any applicable local customs fees and/or taxes (VAT, etc).

Order Confirmation
Customers receive an email confirmation when their order is received and again when their order is shipped (with a tracking number).

Missing / Damaged Items
If your order is missing items or contains damaged items, email us at service@ursamajormen.com and we’ll work out a solution.

Returns
If you’re not satisfied with any of our products for whatever reason, return the product within 30 days for a full refund or exchange (your call) to:
